    Duration is the amount of time you will receive access to your course. Durations vary by course and range between 1 month and 12 months. If you complete your course before your duration ends you will continue to have access to your course until the duration period ends.

    Candidates for this program must meet at least one of the following requirements: To be eligible for the PHR you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience: Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher, Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree, OR Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma. This program prepares students to sit for the HRCI's PHR Certification.
